5.2 Prohibited Use

You must NOT:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure

• Introduce or transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful code

• Scrape, harvest, mine, or extract data without prior written permission

• Use automated bots, crawlers, or data-gathering tools on the Platform

• Impersonate any person, entity, or the Company itself

• Engage in spamming, phishing, or unsolicited communications

• Violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party

• Use Platform content to build, train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model, machine learning system, or dataset — expressly prohibited

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written consent

• Circumvent any security, authentication, or access-control mechanism

• Use the Platform for competitive intelligence or to harm the Company's business interests

• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or purpose of communication

5.3 Fair Use

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access if usage patterns suggest abuse, excessive resource consumption, or violation of these Terms.
